Rooted in the High Desert

The Farm Market sits on a stretch of New Mexico land where the soil is honest and the seasons speak clearly. What began as a small beekeeping effort beside Animas Creek grew into something deeper — a commitment to growing things the right way, even when it takes longer.

Our honey comes from hives we tend ourselves, placed among wildflower meadows that no pesticide has ever touched. Our herbs are planted, watched, and harvested by hand. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is masked.

We're not a corporation with a supply chain. We're a family operation in Caballo, and every jar, every bundle, every blend carries the weight of that truth.

Our operation is built on old ways — hand-inspection of colonies, seasonal harvesting, curing herbs in the shade, bottling honey at the temperature the bees left it. We don't chase volume. We chase integrity.

The Animas Creek valley has supported life for millennia. We're just one small part of that story, tending what's here with care and returning more than we take.
